This Privacy Policy explains what data the AGOGE app ("AGOGE", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

Using AGOGE as a guest

You can use AGOGE's core features (task planner, points, ranks, statistics) without signing in. In guest mode your tasks and progress are stored locally on your device. We do not create a public profile for guests.

Signing in with Apple

To use social features (friends, clans, clan chat, leaderboards) you sign in with Sign in with Apple. We request only your name — we do not request or receive your email address. Sign in with Apple gives us a stable identifier that we use to create your account and restore it when you reinstall the app or use another device.

What data we collect

When you use signed-in features, we collect and store:

• Name — your first/last name (from Apple or entered by you), shown to friends and clan members.
• Profile photo (avatar) — if you add one.
• Messages — the text you send in clan chat.
• Other user content — clan names you create and the text of any reports you submit.
• Account identifiers — your AGOGE ID and Apple user identifier.

Your tasks and notes are stored in your private iCloud account. They are not accessible to us — only to you, across your own devices.

How your data is stored

All data is stored using Apple iCloud (CloudKit). Public profile, clan and chat data are stored in Apple's public CloudKit database associated with the app; your tasks/notes are stored in your private iCloud database. We do not operate our own servers and do not store your data elsewhere.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the app's features: showing your profile, friends and clans, delivering clan chat, ranking players and clans on leaderboards, and restoring your account across devices and reinstalls.
